Sony projection TV broke. please help?

I have a 55" Sony Projection TV. The model number is kp-57hw40. I wasd gaming on it and randomly shut off on me. When I hit the power it turns on the blinks red 9 times and shuts off. I would like to fix this as cheap as I can. I dont have much money. Can someone please help me. I guess the number of times the light blinks is a code but I couldnt find what 9 times means. Thankj you for any help you can offer, I know that servicing it is an idea but I only paid 100 for it and Its not worth dropping that much money into it.
