Minecraft Mob Spawner Moving?

Actually, it's not finding or moving a mob spawner. They probably use an in game editing system like INVedit which allows you to put whatever you want in your inventory, including mob spawners. Once in your inventory you can place it. So the person probably created the room and threw down a couple spawners inside of it.
