Ladies familiar with replens or other vaginal moisturizers?

How long does the expulsion of dead cells in a chunky discharge last? I'm using it for vaginal moisture and during intercourse that stuff started coming out and it looked like cottage cheese and was so embarrassing. Any tips I could use or has anyone tried any other vaginal moisturizers?
