I eat breakfast, skip lunch, and eat dinner. will i lose weight?

i eat a good breakfast. usually a large bagel or something. im not usually hungry around lunch time so i just skip it. when i get home i am hungry so i eat a pretty big lunch. will this make me lose weight? i have super fast metabolism and dont exercise much. im 21, 5' 6 and like 130
